For general skin health, it is recommended to get a cleansing and exfoliating facial once every 3 months. For skin that is prone to breakouts and hyperpigmentation, once a month is recommended to keep pores clear.

Chemical peels can be performed on most skin types. If you have sensitive skin, there may be alternative treatments that could be more beneficial in addressing your concerns. A suitable candidate should be willing to wear a sunscreen of at least an SPF 30 daily and follow the guidance of their skin care professional.

Facials are a very relaxing experience and a must for any mama to be. You can get custom facials which will only use ingredients that are safe for you. Hydrafacial and DiamondGlow facial is not recommended when you are pregnant.
