What is in the discovery box? Every 3 months, we will ship a seasonal box of elite skin care products and tools curated for your skin concern! When you sign up , you will have the option to select what your skin concern is. Each box will contain 5 elite skin care products worth $75. They are a mix of full and deluxe size products so you can try them out prior to investing your money on it. What if I don’t know how to use a product in my discovery box? No worries- we don’t expect you to! Which is why we include a detailed brochure in each box highlighting key product ingredients, how to use, and how often. You can also access our concierge esthetician at any time with specific questions! Can I use my discovery box products if pregnant or breastfeeding? We highly advise always first consulting with your doctor before implementing anything new into your regimen. We also make notes of active ingredients and safety warnings in our discovery box brochures.
We offer free shipping over $49 within the contiguous states of US.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or causes allergic reactions. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 158 Bridgewater Xing. Ridgeland, MS 39157.
Is The Consultation Free? It is a benefit that is included in your subscription. You will be sent a link to book a free consultation with a concierge esthetician. If there is a need to consult with a physician provider, she will triage it and book you with that physician. There will be an added charge of $60 to do a video consultation with the physicians. Currently, our physicians are licensed to write prescriptions for residents of CA and TX state only. This is subject to change as we bring on more providers.
You may cancel anytime up to 1 week prior to your renewal date. If you cancel , you do not get your money back if you have already used your member benefits such as free consultations, product discounts or received your discovery box. You can continue to use your subscription benefits until the next renewal period  Your subscription renews every 3 months and you can log into your account  to check your next renewal period.

Unopened products will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. To return your product, you should request a return label by emailing us at and then mail your product to: 158 Bridgewater Xing. Ridgeland, MS 39157. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We use USPS Priority Shipping which is usually 2-3 days for East of Mississippi and 4 days for West of Mississippi. Shipping charges are as follows: USA FREE over $49 within US states $7 under $49 and below within US states Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico is flat $16 International $25
